Dr. Rebecca Leval earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Chicago and a Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Certificate from Georgetown University. She earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Trinity School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health degree from The George Washington University. Dr. Leval completed residency at Creighton University where she served as Chief Resident. She completed a fellowship in Perinatal and Reproductive Psychiatry at the MGH Center for Women’s Mental Health and is now a staff psychiatrist. In addition to her work within the MGH Center for Women’s Mental Health, Dr. Leval also serves as an attending psychiatrist in Massachusetts General Hospital’s Acute Psychiatry Services.
