Aliza Liebman received her MSPH in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 2013. Her academic research focused on psychosocial factors, such as intimate partner violence and partner support, that influence women’s health-seeking behavior including postpartum reproductive decisions and diagnoses. Her areas of interest include maternal and child health, global health, mental health, and infectious diseases. Aliza has years of experience in clinical research coordination and management including grant development, study design, human ethics and regulatory affairs, and epidemiological data analysis. Aliza received her BS from Brandeis University in 2006 where she studied biology and public health.
